Hello, I'm Ammar.

I'm a Staff Software Engineer and engineering leader at CTS EVENTIM, based in Germany.

Curiosity has been a common thread throughout my career. Today, my work spans engineering leadership, people development, and software architecture. I lead a full-stack delivery team and the Angular chapter, help shape technical direction across teams, and support engineers in growing and taking ownership.

I learn best by building and experimenting. That has led me to explore AI in enterprise applications, build developer tools like ngrx-graph, and continuously rethink how I build this website.

Over time, I've come to see architecture and leadership as closely connected. Good engineering is not only about making sound technical decisions, but also about enabling others to make those decisions well.
