Hello, I'm Ammar.

Here I write about growing engineers, using AI in production, and crafting small tools.

I learn best by building and experimenting. That has led me to explore AI in enterprise applications, build developer tools like ngrx-graph, and rethink how I build this website.

Over time, my focus has expanded from architecture to engineering leadership. I still care deeply about good technical decisions, but increasingly about enabling others to make them, take ownership, and grow.
